Can You Boost Your IQ?

You can improve your IQ test scores (and therefore your IQ) through practice, such as practicing IQ tests. However, there is a limit to your performance. There is a certain point that you can reach but not cross.

Below are some simple tips on how to do this Can increase your IQ. These tips are based on various scientific studies and have been shown to help increase your IQ.

  • Listen to Mozart's Sonata in D major for two pianos for at least 10 minutes. This will help you improve your spatial awareness. Of course, it can only do that if you really love classical music.
  • Sports. Exercise increases the amount of oxygen in your blood and makes your muscles and brain more active. Exercise can help increase your reaction speed and IQ, especially at an advanced age.
  • Don't put pressure on yourself. Research has shown that if you tell people to take an IQ test, people perform worse. If you are just told to solve some puzzles, you usually do better.
  • Drink (in moderation!). An alcoholic drink can, for a limited period of time, improve your linguistic intelligence. Too much of it, however, affects them again: their language becomes clumsy. The more coffee or tea you drink, the better your spatial awareness becomes.
  • Play. Playing with blocks, puzzle pieces or cubes improves your spatial awareness, and crossword puzzles improve your linguistic intelligence.
